Steven’s 40+ years of experience throughout California, the United States, and Canada has provided a broad, meaningful understanding of real estate operations, standards, and practices.  He has spent a significant amount of time during the past twenty years assisting the legal community as an expert and is a current member of the Forensic Expert Witness Association.  His exposure to commercial/retail, residential /multifamily and mixed-use assets has further enhanced his knowledge of the real estate business and honed his skills.  As a leader in the industry, Steven has endeavored to stay involved in the ever-changing business of real estate through the continuation of his consulting activities and his on-going association with a variety of industry organizations to ensure he remains current on policies, regulations, and technologies.
